International Business is pursued in conjunction with one of the other nine options available through the BCom program. Poor business environment contributes to job losses, business failure, low quality of life, and a low standard of living. If you studied a Language module in Year 1, you may wish to study a further Language module in Year 2. This would form an integral part of your degree in place of one of the optional modules above.

Native speakers of a foreign language are not permitted to take courses in that language/culture for credit towards the major. An associate’s degree in international business will get you started on your way, but a bachelor in international business will give you an additional edge.international businessinternational business

I applied for at least 80 different jobs and I had 5 interviews before being offered my first job. Access to Higher Education Diploma Complete and pass Access to Business or related subject course with 45 credits at Level 3 Distinction. This is a four year degree and includes a year on placement or studying abroad as an integral part of the course.

It is however possible to transfer completed course components to your new degree programme (provided they are part of the curriculum there), and apply for an exemption for those components. Transfer students are referred to the section Transfer Credit in the College of Business and Economics description.

The Swedish Institute offers scholarships to international students applying for studies in Sweden at Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD and post-doctoral levels. A combination of IB Certificate plus other qualifications, such as A-Levels, Advanced Placement Tests or the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP), will also be considered.international business
